Urutan terapi untuk otot betis yang kejang

Bukan sahaja ahli sukan yang sering mengalami kejang otot (cramp) atau selalu dipanggil ular-ular di betis, malahan ia juga biasa berlaku kepada orang biasa. Kalau duduk, berdiri atau baring terlalu lama pada satu kedudukan juga kerap menyebabkan kekejangan otot yang terasa cekang, keras dan sakit dalam satu tempoh masa tertentu. Urutan terapi jika digunakan dengan betul juga boleh mengatasi atau merawat kekejangan otot betis. Selain betis, kaki dan tangan juga biasa mengalami kekejangan otot.

Massage Therapy for Leg Cramps

An attack of leg cramp cause sharp pain and muscle spasm. often happened to sit and sleep in a long time or swimming. A lot of reason because of muscle weakness or deficiency cold.

Step 1. Pang Guang Shu point

In the sacral region, 1.5 finger’s breadth lateral to the posterior midline, at the level of the second posterior sacral foramen. Wrap up buttocks with the hands and Massage it by thumb for 1-3 minutes.

On the leg, one finger breadth lateral to the tibia’s anterior crest, 3 finger’s breadth inferior to knee. Massage the point for 1-3 minutes.

Step 3. Cheng Jin point

On the posterior leg, in the center of the heel and back of knee. Massage the point by thumb for 1-3 minutes.
